Manage the Collaborators of your Shared Collections
Managing Collaboration Access
Inviting Collaborators
Once your Collection is in the Shared Collections folder, you can invite others to collaborate.
Access Collection Settings
Click on the options menu (vertical kebab) next to the shared Collection and select Share
or Click the “Share” button on the shared Collection.
Add Collaborators
In the panel that appears, enter the email addresses of your collaborators and either click Add
or press return/enter on your keyboard.
Send Invitations
Click “Send Invites” to grant access to the specified users.
Inviting collaborators
As a Collection owner or collaborator with appropriate permissions, you can manage access to shared Collections.
Remove Collaborators from a shared Collection
Access Collection Settings
Click on the options menu (vertical kebab) next to the shared Collection and select Share
or Click the “Share” button on the shared Collection.
View and Modify Collaborators
In the panel that appears, click on Remove
next to the user you want to remove from the shared Collection
Confirm
In the popup that appears, confirm the removal twice to proceed.
Remove collaborators
Revoke pending invites
For new users under Pending invites
, you are able to revoke their access before they have accepted the email invitation.
Access Collection Settings
Click on the options menu (vertical kebab) next to the shared Collection and select Share
or Click the “Share” button on the shared Collection.
View and Modify Collaborators
In the panel that appears, click on Revoke
next to the new user you want to remove from the shared Collection. There will be no further confirmation message.
Revoke collaborator invite
Regularly review your shared Collections to ensure only the right people have access.
Important Considerations
Exercise caution when sharing Collections containing sensitive information. Always double-check the email addresses of invitees to ensure you’re granting access to the right people.
