Share and collaborate on your Collections with your team.
To collaborate with others, you need to create or move a Collection under the Shared Collections folder.
Collaborative Editing
All members in Shared Collections can:- Upload and manage files/assets
- Create and access all SmartChat™ conversations
- View entire chat history
- Rename or restructure Collections
Viewing Changes
After any collaborator:- Adds/removes files
- Renames Collections
- Modifies chat contexts
- Creates new SmartChats™
- Up to 60 seconds after the change was made
- After a user refreshes their browser

Shared/2024-Plans - Analyst asks SmartChat™: “What’s #2024-Plans Q4 budget?”
- Collaborators see both assets and chat immediately
