To collaborate with others, you need to create or move a Collection under the Shared Collections folder.

Collaborative Editing

All members in Shared Collections can:
  • Upload and manage files/assets
  • Create and access all SmartChat™ conversations
  • View entire chat history
  • Rename or restructure Collections

Viewing Changes

After any collaborator:
  • Adds/removes files
  • Renames Collections
  • Modifies chat contexts
  • Creates new SmartChats™
Other team members will be able to see the changes
  1. Up to 60 seconds after the change was made
  2. After a user refreshes their browser
Marketing Team Scenario:
  1. PM uploads Q4 strategy PDF to Shared/2024-Plans
  2. Analyst asks SmartChat™: “What’s #2024-Plans Q4 budget?”
  3. Collaborators see both assets and chat immediately

Security Management

Access Controls

When moving Shared→Personal:
  • Shared Collections show full email addresses
  • All chat history remains visible

Troubleshooting

  1. Check collaborator’s access status
  2. Verify Collection location
  3. Contact support if >5min delay
