Uploading Knowledge

To add new files to your project’s knowledge base:

1. Navigate to the Knowledge panel of a specific thread
2. Click on Add Knowledge to My Project

By default, the files you upload will be added to the knowledge you’re interacting with of the current thread, making them immediately available to chat with

Changing from Active Knowledge to Inactive Knowledge

Adding files to Active Knowledge

1. Locate the desired file under “You’re not interacting with”
2. Click on the Add button next to the file.

Removing files from Active Knowledge

1. Find the file you want to deactivate under “You’re interacting with”
2. Click on the Remove button next to the file.

Search for a file

To quickly locate a file within your knowledge base:

1. Use the Search Bar: At the top of the Knowledge tab, there is a search bar.
2. Enter File Information: You can search for files by typing the file name or summary. This feature helps you find specific files swiftly, especially when dealing with a large number of files.

Sorting files

To organize and view your files more efficiently:

1. Sort within Active or Inactive Knowledge Sections:
• In either the active or inactive knowledge sections, you can click on any of the headers to sort files by that header type.
2. Available Headers for Sorting:
• Type: Sort files by their type.
• Name: Sort files alphabetically by their name.
• Summary: Sort files by their summary content.
• Last Updated: Sort files by the date they were last updated.
• Created by: Sort files by the user who created them.
