Provide a concise summary of the current state of this customer account. What are the action items from the most recent meeting. Provide the action items as a bulleted list. For each action item, specify its owner. If there are no action items, state so. Overall how happy and satisfied is this customer? Is the customer’s satisfaction increasing or decreasing. Provide all answers in a concise manner for an executive audience. Format the output so that it is easy to consume and see where each answer starts.
